Britannians are provided with the choice to sit for internal skill upgradation programs as well as externally and are provided financial assistance to benefit from the latter. 

We are pleased to report that in spite of a challenging work environment caused by the COVID -19 pandemic, we witnessed an increase of ~ 20% -22% in the number of employees who attended internal and external skills upgradation in FY 2020 - 21 over the previous year.

We have a well-established feedback and appraisal system in place which in the work from home context has been provided online.
