1. The offer is open to Indian residents above 18 years of age. Except employees of the promoter, its agents and distributors.
2. This offer is valid on only Britannia Bourbon 78g Pack MRP Rs 12/- only in select cities of Karnataka - Bangalore, Belgaum, Bellur, Channarayapatna, Chikmagalur, Davangere, Hubli, Kolar, Maddur, Mandya, Mangalore, Manipal, Mysore, Tumkur and Udupi.
3. Offer Valid from 1st July to 31st October 2011 both days inclusive or till stock lasts, whichever is earlier. Britannia Industries limited reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend this offer, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason.
4. This promotion, offers the user to a complimentary cappuccino for free on purchase of one cappuccino at normal menu prices at selected formats of participating coffee shops located in selected cities.
5. The complementary beverage offered is a Cappuccino. No other food/beverages are covered under this offer. The complementary beverage offered can be redeemed on or before 30th November 2011.
6. This offer is not available to employees of Britannia Industries Limited, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agencies and their immediate families.
7. To participate in the Britannia Bourbon coffee baits offer, buy Britannia Bourbon 78g MRP Rs.12 Pack. Find your 6 digit coffee code (unique) printed inside the wrapper.
• a. After finding the 6 digit coffee code (unique) printed inside the wrapper, to participate in the offer:
• i. SMS 'BOURBON' to 09008490084 (SMS charges apply).
• ii. Post messaging the coffee code (unique) you will receive a reply SMS within 5 hours with a 16 digit buy 1 get 1 promo code and the participating coffee shops name where you can redeem the offer.
• iii. If you do not get a reply within 5 hours, please call 080 4055 4860 (Call charges apply) to receive the 16 digit buy 1 get 1 promo code via email (E-Voucher). Upon calling this number please share your 6 digit coffee code (unique) printed inside the Britannia Bourbon 78g wrapper and your E-Mail Id. • iv. In case of E-voucher a print out of the E-voucher will be required to be produced at the participating coffee shop to redeem the buy 1 get 1 offer.
• v. You will have to flash the 16 digit buy 1 get 1 promo code prior to billing at the participating coffee shop listed in the SMS/ Email to redeem the offer. Please carry a print out of the e-voucher if you haven't received the SMS.
• vi. If you do not get a reply message within 5 hours and if you have not called the call center number 080 4055 4860, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. will call you within 48 hours of sending the reply message. On receiving their call please share your Email ID with them post which they will Email you the 16 digit buy 1 get 1 promo code and the participating coffee shops name.
• b. If the participating coffee shop allotted in your reply message is not present in your city, call 080 4055 4860 (call charges apply) to get an alternative. Britannia Industries limited doesn't guarantee availability of a participating coffee shop/outlet in your city.
• c. This 16 digit buy 1 get 1 promo code is for single use only. Multiple use of the same code will not be entertained.
• d. The 6 digit coffee code (unique) can be utilized only once to participate in the offer either through sending the coffee code (unique) to 09008490084 (sms charges apply) through SMS or calling 080 4055 4860 (call charges apply). Britannia Industries limited reserves the right in case of dispute.
8. The "How to book" instructions and claim prices form a part of these terms & conditions.

10. The SMS, Call center and other services are being managed by Premier Sales Promotion Pvt Ltd under an agreement with the company.
11. Participants shall have to pay all applicable charges to their telecom service provider for sending the SMS or calling the call center number.
12. The company shall not in any way be liable for any disruption or disconnection in the telephone line and all such disputes shall lie with the telecom operator and not with the company.
13. Participating coffee shop will not charge any fee to the customer in order for them to participate in the offer.
14. Offer is available via SMS mechanic only. Participating coffee shop will not honor direct walk in customer.
15. Multiple codes per visit can be utilized at the participating coffee shop. However the same code cannot be utilized multiple times.
16. The list of participating coffee shop is subjected to change without prior notice.
17. Offer is applicable only at selected formats of participating coffee shops, Please call 080 4055 4860 to find out your nearest venue.
18. Offer is subject to promotional availability.
19. Participating Coffee shops are all contracted to participate in the Buy one get one free coffee offer. Britannia Industry Ltd., its agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any venues subsequently declining acceptance of coffee codes for reasons of their own. Disputes of any nature must be discussed with Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.
20. Britannia Industry Ltd., its agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of the Coffee code, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury at featured venues, and cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction concerning quality or availability of featured venues.
21. Britannia Industry Ltd., its agents and distributors will reserve the right to withdraw or amend the promotional offer or terms or condition herein without prior notice.
22. This offer has no monetary value, is not transferable, is not for sale or re-sale nor redeemable for cash.
23. Coffee Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
24. Entry into this offer confirms acceptance of these Terms and conditions of governing this offer and the company's decision regarding the same
25. This offer is being made purely on a 'best effort' basis and is subject to force majeure conditions including acts of God, Strikes, War, Riots, Change of law, statutory prohibitions/ restrictions. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/ scheme
